MiCollab Mobile personal contacts

Anyone having issues with personal contacts not appearing in the mobile app on iOS?
iOS12
MiCollab client version 8.1.52(build 37)

Tried toggling the allow access contacts in iOS MiCollab settings both on and off.
No luck.

Same issue with micollab for pc. Mitel says you not create your personal contacts. Only import from outlook

Can’t do that on a mobile, it needs to pull iOS personal contacts. Shrug

Issue resolved- turns out that MiCollab needed to be an Airwatch managed app. Once we made the app managed, the user "reinstalls" through the Airwatch catalog and personal contacts are now there. This was discovered as it is also an issue with Whatsapp. I will inform Mitel, perhaps they can figure out why this happens and fix it in the next release.

Just in case anyone is interested in Mitel's response: "FYI, we don’t officially support MDM solutions with MiCollab mobile but support might want to know about the issues you all ran into. You can log this with product support."
