Turn off DEE for all users

After a reboot of my MCS, all attached users' DEE was enabled. I have users without DEE enabled but it it is now showing as "on" if I login to the user portal as them.

Is there a way to send a 362 to all of my IP phones (5320/5320) even if I have to do it from each 250 controller?

I have no support available to me for this so any advice would be helpful.

You could do a copy and paste of one with the DEE turned on and then just copy out the DEE to all the other users on a controller.
