Unable to transfer "private number" calls

New system.  CX 4.1

I really haven't had time to dig into this but one of my co-workers bounced this off of me regarding a problem at one of our customer sites.

Here's the text of the email as I got it:

How are the callers getting to the receptionist and what type of set is she using?

She's on a 5330.   Calls come in via PRI and ring a hunt group of non-prime keys.
