Can't Connect to MiCollab on ATT LTE but no issue on wifi

For some reason I can't connect to the server in the MiCollab app whenever I'm on LTE.  It was working and all of a sudden stopped working.  If my cell phone is connect to WIFI, MiCollab works.

I've tried to delete and reinstall the app.  Cellular data is turned on through my iphone.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Wifi at any location or wifi where the server is deployed?

I'm trying to connect using the Mobile Client on WIFI.  If I'm on wifi with the app open everything is fine, but with the app open if wifi is disconnect I immidicatly disconnect from the MiCollab app.

I have the same issue at home, my office and everywhere else I've tried

So you are having issue to connect from any wifi outside of where the server is hosted as well as LTE? We understand that the only place it does work is on internal wifi at the same location as the server. Correct? For sure the firewall is not configured to allow MiCollab, if that is the case. Look a the MiCollab engineering guidelines doc for firewall port requirements and open the ports as outlined in the doc.

Hi,

Update to the latest version of MiCollab on your iPhone (or Android).
I know they Mitel had a bug in their last version of MiCollab Mobile that did not allow the softphone to work on LTE IPv6 networks. This was the reason why it worked on Wifi (because it was IPv4) and not on LTE. If you just noticed this happen, its because AT&T must have moved to all IPv6 on their LTE network recently. I know my wireless carrier did that and it caused all sorts of headaches with apps not supporting IPv6. (ex. OpenVPN does not work).

On the newest version, MiCollab Client works on both IPv4 and IPv6 LTE.
You do not need to update MiCollab Server but I would advise you do that as they added a bunch of new features. Please see the release notes before you do that, as you would want to upgrade all your server software at the same time (Ex. MiVB, MBG, etc).

I'm using MiCollab Client Version 8.1.52 build 37

The server version is 8.0.0.301
