So to login are you using *1 1 {ext} on the DECT phone.

Also are the terminals programmed as Mitel SIP DECT?

Phone is a SIP DECT/Mitel 610/612 DECT
When I switch on the phone first time I must write AC of the system. after few sec phone is in My LAB system. Then I type 1 {ext} and it send Me to the Administration menu, where I have User login, Sync system data, System credentional, Status, System, SIP user/device, Version.
On the main screen I have information Please Login.

While on the main screen where it says login you dial
*1 1 {ext}

This is a feature to login the extension to the handset, it's like hotdesking. You can log out as well or login in a different user.

Like sarond mentioned, in your case, you will log in this way:
key in *1 1 <user no.> then press dial, example: *1 1 311
Then, it will ask for the Auth. Code (This is the user's PIN in the 470).

If you are having issues, maybe you could take a video and send us a link to it so we can see what you are encountering?

do the *11581 after successfully subscribing (After the auth. code part), when you see the "Please login".

Could you share screenshots of the terminal configuration from the 400 web admin?

Seems like it was created as TDM DECT and not SIP-DECT. Please create the terminal by choosing Mitel SIP and then Mitel SIP-DECT as terminal type.

So it doesn't even ask you for the auth code again after the *11<ext>?

Did you use autoprovision for the SIP-DECT system? (using DHCP from the Mitel 470)?

Can you screenshot the SIP settings from your OMM?

As well as the DHCP IP addresses from the M470 showing the RFP MACs?
