When I try to make call forward by the phone was newly configured that year it works without any issue.
I have the same phone been configured several years ago and make call forward to a number was programming in past is works, but when I try to forward to a new phone it didn't work, is make a phone a number is broken.
But I able to forward a call from yearly that year configured phones.

I have a feeling this is a linguistic issue as I am having issues understanding the question.

Remember on the SX200 forwarding is different, and forwarding to an external number is handled a completely different way than forwarding to an internal extension.

Otherwise, look for differences in COS... in the 200 features are always controlled by COS.

I will try making that simple, you can understand
I create call forward on my phone  extension 9999 to number 204-800-**** and I save that
Then I call from my organization from extensions 9998 to my extension 9999 I get forwarded to a phone 204800**** and it works!
If I try to call from my Cell to my organization phone number 204-999-9999 it should be forward a call to 204800**** but call gets dropped.
Mitel can`t reroute numbers, and it didn't make sense

Maybe that can help.
If I make call forward to any Cell devices it works.
But if I make call forward to number 204-800-xxxx call get dropped
Some technician was on site for 4 hours and not able to find that issue.
Very very wired

So there could be a couple things going on here...

First, I am confused how you are forwarding to an external number. If memory servers me correctly you cannot do that from the phone directly, but have to forward it to a System Speed Call entry that goes to the external number.

There is also a couple system options that to be enabled, but since you did this before those are likely fine.

Is the cell number you are trying to forward to a local call? One issue we see when a call is forwarded off-site, is the original callers caller ID information is presented to your carrier as the "originating number" and not your company's number, so many carriers will immediately reject the call. The common symptom here is you can call the extension from another internal phone and it work, but when you call the DID from an external phone it fails.

To forward external, it either has to be a system speed dial, or a button on the phone if I remember correctly. This Ace would agree
