1. I was informed I need to program the voicemail against the server node for users to be able to check their voicemail from within their Phone Manager Mobile app. How do I do this exactly?
2. 1 user is having an issue where when they are on their softphone (phone manager mobile app) their voice is coming from their desk phone on speaker? I made sure their profile was set to Mobile Plus as I was told if it was not set to that profile this issue would happen.
