Xarios have a product that already integrates to multiple CRM providers.

I have done MS Dynamics integration using Xarios / Mitel Phone Manager, it just worked straight away which I was very surprised about.

Fairly sure it was the Dynamics 365 version, all the end user had was a browser that the CRM ran in.
