Hi,

We have a Mitle 3300 controller. I am trying to configure a call forwarding profile for a Mitel 6920. The number that calls will be forwarded to is a long distance number. I need to have the call forwarding profile enter a 4 digit long distance code after the number is dialed. The profile firsts dials 9 for an outside line, than the 7 digit number. I have tried inserting a #, as well as a P (as per other forum posts), but each time I add a P, the following error occurs: Forwarding Destination' is not a valid Telephony String. Only 0-9, *, and # are allowed..
Each time I add a # or *, an Invalid directory number error occurs.

Is there a way to accomplish what I am attempting to do?

Thanks,

Maybe you can create a speed call (in System Speed Call) and then use it in the Call Forwarding Profile?
