MiCollab v8 Video Call

MiCollab Client v8 question regarding video calling from the desktop  On the legacy client I can simply click the video icon and can establish a video call; with v8, calling from my desktop, my video icon remains gray and unusable unless I'm on my cell phone app.  I was able to establish a video call from my desktop if i turned off my softphone on my mobile and turned on the softphone on the desktop and the person I was calling did the same thing....just wondering if I'm missing something in the configs, or if it just the way it is (video call only with softphone to softphone.)  I've installed the client on Windows 10 and Windows 7 (both with different profiles) with the same results.  Thanks in advance for any insight.
