SDS clear function ?
« on: November 30, 2017, 04:20:54 AM »
Hello,

I was just explaining SDS to my new boss who doesn't know Mitel but is Alcatel fluent, and he told me that on an Alcatel cluster there is a command to clear an extension from the cluster when a delete didn't go well.

Is there such a feature on Mitel, maybe using SDS Debug (I can access that) ?

My cluster has 45 Mxe/ISS so clearing issues manually is time consuming.

Thanks

Salut cher camarade ,

que veux tu faire exactement ?

Je n'ai pas bien compris ton problème ,mais normalement , quand tu supprimes un poste membre d'un pbx en cluster , il est supprimer sur le deuxieme pabx.

There is a sdsdebug option, or you can synk from another PBX.

sunspark : oui quand tout va bien tout se supprime via les SDS justement. Mais parfois il y a un problème, des erreurs SDS, des restes sur certaines machines.

august : yes there is a sds debug feature, not documented as it's supposed to be reserved to Mitel, and more importantly some of the things I do there only affect the database of that one controller, without being shared to the others. So to remove the remnants of one phone I would need to do the same operation on 45 controllers.

I'm talking about errors that aren't corrected by a sync.
