Mivoice Business console with tones (DTMF)

hi ,

i have an issue when i call a DID number or DN with multiple choice , from mivoice business console V8 ,

When i activate the tone (DtMF) and push 1 for choice 1  , the call ends.

Its been ages since Ive touched the consoles, but if i remember correctly there is a "tones" buttons you press first that will enable the dtmf tones

has to be pressed on each individual call that it is required for

This is what i did , but it doesnt works . when i press the ton button and make my choice , the call ends.
