Hi there! I'm trying to troubleshoot an intercom connected to a shoretel HQ server running 14.2 build 21.88.3731.0. I don't know what model of server.
People can here us clearly from the intercom speaker, but they are very quiet on our end. Every phone that is in the intercom group has this issue, and we have no other volume problems with our system. The Helios intercom is a dead simple device with 1 button, it's managed through web interface, and the audio settings are threadbare to say the least.
I have fiddled with the volume settings, but the don't make it any louder, it just gets more distorted. maybe it's some sort of shoretel shenanigan?
