Hello,
I had a situation where emails would flow into Ignite but when an agent clicked on the email and hit "Pick and reply" they would receive an error "failed to perform action. Reply" if they clicked on the message 4-5 times they could then reply. I'm trying to figure out what caused this as Exchange appeared normal. When looking through all of the alarm categories on YourSiteExplorer I only saw one or two alarms related to email but nothing looked like it would of helped in this situation. I'm hoping someone can point me in the correct direction to start looking at why this might of happened.
