Caller ID not passing to user

I have a paging system that is on our trunk 2,1,1,10, I then have any calls coming in go to a ring group. the ring group rings 3 phones and shows up as 1691 on the display. when you answer the call the caller ID shows as Trunk 10, but there is a caller ID that comes from the paging system with Caller ID like 101,102 and so on. I have its own class of service and i selected yes for any caller id options i saw but it still doesn't pass the caller ID. any suggestions of what I should look for? Thank you in advance.
