MiVoice Business Console

Hi
Has anyone set up the MiVoice Business Console presence feature? I have set it up as per the documentation but when I select "Test Connection" from the console it returns an error saying "Invalid username and or password". I have verified the MiCollab Client credentials which are correct.

You talk about Mivoice Business console or Micollab client console ?
