MBG 6.0
« on: September 29, 2010, 12:59:47 PM »
I have a MBG 6.0 site that was upgraded from 4.5 and now doesn't allow connections, all the phone says is "TW License Required." I have 24 assigned and it shows 0 in use. Has anyone run into this before?

AMC had us deactivate the ARID and then clear the Hardware ID and then sync again. Ha, nothing changed. I'm stuck now.

I have the same problem.
But mine was with an active system and I didn't upgrade anything.
This morning I noticed my TW phone was dead and then later in the morning all but two died.
I rebooted the system - thinking "do the easy things first" and then none came up.

System showed Zero licenses.
AWC showed 62.
Opened ticket with support.   They've seen this before.  They had me send an email to awc account but I haven't heard anything from them.

I have heard back from them but it hasn't helped. My system is supposed to be active and I'm on day three. Luckly it isn't critical.

I have come across this before many times, and no one in support at mitel can provide an answer as to why it does this. The only way round I found was to re-install the blade.

My system is now up.
The AMC did some background black magic, I resync'd and everything works again.

Much fun.

Now I have to deal with a upgrade of our AWC, which requires a MAS upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1, which requires a MSL upgrade....
