Hospitality Help needed
« on: July 31, 2018, 05:58:33 PM »
I have a Clarion Inn running a 3300 that is changing to a Ramada and wants to setup with Ramada Inn Standard Feature Codes and Options.
Can someone pass me the .csv files for COS, COR, Options, Hotel Options?
Haven't had to work on a Ramada so I don't know what the standards are for this Hotel...... Can Someone help?

lol... they have a "standard" set of codes and options?!?! We usually just use the MiCW to set them up and go with the defaults in 99% of installations. I have never heard of a hotel chain having standard FAC's for it's entire chain.

Granted, I haven't done a lot of hotels in the last 3-5 years, but I have installed Mitel PBX's in at least 100 properties over the last 20 years.

Then they should supply "The Standard" to you... some documentation or reference is necessary. I have never seen anything like this and I have worked at hundreds of properties.
