Mitel 5330 Call History

Hello, i have some trouble with my Mitel 5330 phone.
If i answered or missed the call, the LED indicator on the Call History button was light up, but i want to the indicator was light up only when i have missed call, and no lit if i answer call. How can i do this? Firmware version 06.00.00.16

Hi,

Are the calls being answered on the headset or on another phone (twinning, softphone)? For the Call History softkey to light up you must miss the call on the headset itself, otherwise, if the call is answered (from it), it shouldn't light up.

I run MiVB 7.2 with 5330e phones, and I've tested this over and over and can't replicate unless I answer from my cell phone or MiCollab.

Can you confirm with further details that this is your case?

When i answered the call, this call falls into answered and missed simultaneously! How can i fix this? Help, please!))

Is this for an ACD or Standard Extension ?

standard extension. On server i use asterisk

I don't think that this can be configured. There is an option to have missed call displayed on the main screen from what I see
