CESID change

Hey Folks,

I need to change my CESID for every extension on my phone system after getting added to a 911 PSALI database.  Previously I had changed the CESID to reflect the location of my building.  So, I had the main number for our buidling (PRI) imported for then entire system at the time.  This was done by a design engineer so I'm not sure how he did a mass update. 

Is there away to force the CESID number back to whatever I have programmed in for the DID?

I should have looked more closely at the list of options.  I did not see that one.   Thank you!
