I am trying to set up vmail to email using a godaddy email address set up by the customer.
I have the email address and password and am able to log into the account myself, but cant get the 5000 to send an email.
The response I get is :- (email addresses blanked for privacy)

I looked athe godaddy website and found the following details:-
Outgoing server (SMTP):
smtpout.secureserver.net 80, 3535, 25, 465 (SSL)
I set up the system with these smtp details, but had no joy.
Has anyone used godaddy before for vmail to email and if so, is there anything I need to do withing godaddy or on the email gateway to get it to work (like the less secure apps you have to allow on gmail.)
I have tested with a temporary gmail account and it worked first time... But the customer wants to use the godaddy account....
