Turn off CID NAME

How can i turn off CID NAME on the 3300. 

We have a strange issue happening, where our provideris sending it out as well; and they are saying that since both are sending it out it is interfering with the calls.

Our problem is that when a call is placed there is dead air...then their voice echoes back.  If they hang up, and redial the call will go through.

COS on the trunk? or system options?

The COS option is 'Name Suppression on Outgoing Trunk Call'
