uc360 cuts out when more than one person talks
« on: July 02, 2018, 11:10:54 AM »
We have a uc360 phone in two separate buildings 6 miles a part.  When they are on the morning call, both using speaker phones, if a person is talking in one building and someone talks in the other building at the same time, the phones cut out, so each person can only be heard in the room they are in. When only one person talks, they can be heard in both buildings.   any ideas on why it cuts out?

thanks

SPITFIRE,

Sounds like you are at Half-Duplex, but the conference phone is a full-duplex phone so that shouldn't be an issue.

Sorry,
