Wireless Headsets Recommendations
« on: June 29, 2018, 02:15:27 PM »
Hello,

I'm going to start purchasing the 6930 which has Bluetooth capabilities. Currently, we've been purchasing the Mitel wireless headsets which are really expensive. This opens a lot of possibilities and i'm wondering if other business try and standardize make and model or let each department or even individual bring in their own if they choose to do so?

Is there a brand out there anyone could recommend that would be good for a call center environment with noise cancellation capabilities?

thanks for any feedback

The Mitel ones are good - but expensive as you say.

I am usually quite pleased with Plantronics.

Jabra make the headsets for Mitel, including the 69xx series ones. I have managed to use the Jabra branded version fine on the 69 series. The only thing i can't confirm is the price difference.

The 69xx integrated headset is Jabra (I think) and it's a good deal cheaper than the old 53xx integrated headset was.
