Setting a Direct Dial

Hi,

Does anyone have a quick guide to setting a direct dial up on a mitel controller? I've recently taken over a mitel system and im not 100% sure on this.

That's pretty vague, but I assume you mean a DID/DDI number? There are multiple ways to set this up on a controller... Have the device be the same extension as the DID digits, use the DID Call Routing Table, use system speed call, use add/remove digits of the trunk group, etc. It is really hard to give a quick n dirty reference not knowing which method(s) are being used.
