Company recently swapped from ShoreTel to MiTel , and a few of us are in a work group. Now is it possible to route/direct area codes to a specific employee? If so , the next question would be , is there a limit to how many area codes you can route/direct to a specific employee? Basically I handle the entire east coast , where she handles the west coast of the US.
Would be ideal for us , so we don't have to awkwardly tell them thanks for the call let my colleague assist you every time. Sorry for the newbie question , we just implemented this and we're trying to figure everything out.
