Displaying Caller Info Issue
« on: June 20, 2018, 08:05:58 AM »
Hi,

I have a small issue with our current Mitel 5000 system. When an outside caller rings, the phone displays "Catch All" and the phone number. Before it used to show some more information about the caller ID.

This has started after the system crashed the other week and needed to be restarted.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

What is "Catch All"? Is it the name of a trunk group or application? What type of trunking?

If I had to guess, I would say your Call Routing table has an entry that is + and is labeled Catch All. This routes any unrecognized DID digits coming in. Make sure this is the last entry in the table.
