blocking features
« on: June 13, 2018, 10:55:06 AM »
Hi,

I have SX200 MX system with 4025's sets, some of these sets are installed in public area people keep messing with the features on these phones like putting them on DND or CF so I was wondering if there is any way to block the system feature codes on these specific sets?

Thanks

You would build a separate Class of Service with all these options removed, and apply it to that extension. Phones have next to nothing for permissions until they are applied in the COS.
