New Extension Not Showing In MiVoice Business Console

Added a new extension.  Phone works fine.  However, the new extension does not show in the MiVoice Business Console software, so our receptionist is unable to transfer calls to it.

The user has setup their voicemail and recorded their name.

What is missing that prevents the extension from showing?

Add an entry to the "Remote Busy Lamps" form with the monitored device matching the new extensions DN
