Alarm A134

Hi

I have problem with Mitel 250 the PBX shows alarm A134 (channel allocation error on module)
it's 4 pbx connectetd and all 4 of them shows this error as major and at least 20 times.
I tried to reset the system and it did'nt stop.
the firmware is 6.3.6.21

Hmm... This shows up in all 4 systems regularily? I would contact tech support as this is usually a faulty module, chassis, or mainboard, although the module is the most likely cause if I recall. I seem to remember a site that had a couple DEI's filled with modules and a bad digital station module was the cause, replaced the module and the problem went away, but it was pretty easy to troubleshoot as the alarm code said what board number it was.

Are system flags set to send/receive network alarms? That would explain seeing the error at all sites.
