New to the mix
« on: May 22, 2018, 02:36:45 PM »
Hey all,

my name is Shawn, I am the IT manager for a medical clinic, took over the job last July. Still getting accustomed to this Mitel stuff.  Running virtualize Mitel Border gateway, business server and micollab.  Have a mix of  5330E and 5320E and a few 5360 (very few lol)  Just trying to learn more about the system so that I don't have to keep putting in tickets to have things done.  I will def be searching around the forum to learn some new things. Right now I feel like I know nothing.

If you've done phones before, Mitel has a different way of doing things. It's not necessarily bad and it's very flexible, but it does take some learning.
