Micollab Not notifying there is a call when app in the Background

Hello All,

I have an issue which started about 2 weeks ago on an iphone 7. It is running IOS 11.3.1, with no issues.

Micollab was working fine, but now it does not notify of any calls coming in, only if the app is in the foreground.

I have attached a screen shot of the Client and Server version.

The phone has been set back to factory settings, with a new install of the software. This is the only IOS device using micollab so cannot say it is happening to others, Android devices seem to be ok.


Please help as it is driving me a little nuts

Think there is a power setting to fix this. Don't know it off the top of my head
