Revolabs FLX2 confirm unit

Hi all,

UCaaS solution for a customer with Revolabs SIP conference units. I can register them no worries but get one way speech.

External caller can hear, but the units cannot. This happens for internal caller as well!

Revolabs --> MBG --> MiVB

All ports are open. I've had a similar issue before for a Konftel unit where the STUN server needed adding...but I've tried this to no avail.

Any ideas would be great

So no audio into the conference unit? That sounds like a local router issue, audio is making to the PBX but not getting back and it likely isn't a MBG issue. Look for SIP ALG, SIP "helper", or similar SIP options in the local firewall and toggle them the opposite way.

There was a NAT traversal setting on the Revolab unit that needed disabling
