I have an issue with queuing calls but it's been ages since I have used an attendant console could anyone advise? System is v6.3.
An extension with attendant console (3.5.0.10) is a member of a hunt group but queuing calls do not appear on the console, they do show on the handset however If the incoming DDI is pointed direct to the extension (Or List) then the queuing calls show on the console.
Is there a way to get queuing calls to appear when using hunt groups as I need to play announcements to the incoming caller?
