Creating/modifying Call Reports

Where do you create or modify Call Reports (calls out/calls in/etc)?
Apparently these reports are emailed to end users/managers.

Most likely in the Phone Manager/Mitel Office Application Server.

Could also be a 3rd party call Accounting Server like Tapit. 

Many options for Call Reports.
