Don't know how to shutoff report in the Maintenance Command form

I logged into a clients 3300 and when I went to the Maintenance Commands form the response window started filling with the Following report info.

I am not sure what report this is so I am not sure how to shut it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like an EDT Trace to me.  The command EDT TRACE TSP L2L3 {cabinet shelf slot port} of your PRI should shut it off.
