Rollover line to call tree

How would I rollover a main line to a call tree if it is not answered?

So it would ring the main line then it would prompt "For xxxx Press 1.  For yyyyy Press 2"

RRell,

You would need to send the call to a Call Routing Announcement that provided the options you want. Call Routing Announcements are created under:

Voice Processor > Devices > Applications

You will need to trace out how the call flows through the system now and then post that if you need more help.
