Mobile twinning pound key?
« on: April 10, 2018, 03:27:54 PM »
I have a 250 at the office and mobile twinning is all set up. But, my boss really doesn't like that he has to hit the # key to pick up a call on his mobile when a call "twins" to it.

Is there a way to have the call automatically transfer as soon as the user answers on the mobile device, without hitting # or anything else?

Yes.
Go into DB programming and click on the user. Turn off Enable Human-Answer supervision.
Be aware that if their cell voicemail answers the call then the message if out of the Mitel

Awesome, that worked, thank you!

May I ask a related question? I've got a handful of DIDs but I don't use them. Is it possible to program the mobile twinning so that the outbound Caller-ID uses one of those other DIDs? That way my employees can easily tell if an incoming call on their mobile phone is a forwarded call from the office.
