Call recording not working with new PBX

I am using call recording with MiCollab. Call recording is working great for the initial site that was setup. I've since purchased more licenses for phones off another PBX. I've duplicated everything I could find for the existing setup. I am not getting any of my new phones to record. I've turned up the ports, went into MiCollab and turned on call recording under the PBX. I've added the PBX to the call recording admin port setting page.

Not sure what else to look at. Any help would be appreciated.

When i look at the history log it shows failed to open TAPI line on the extensions and the message in the body states

ENGR: Failed to start Monitor DN 1536 on any node, could be misconfigured.

Are you using a SRC? If so have you configured the SRC to connect back to the second phone system and added entries for each extension? And then point the MiCollab clients back the the SRC

I ended up rebooting the call recording server and that fixed my issue. Guess I should of started there first.
