Anyone using Ignite for SMS?

Hi, Is anyone using Ignite for their SMS option (w/twilio)?
Any reviews, advice! Should I use someone else?

Recently, I've tried to use Ignite for SMS.
According to the documentation,  after registering in Twilio, we have to send a request url to: http://twimlets.com/echo?Twiml=%3CResponse%3E%3C%2FResponse%3E&.
Unfortunately, I was not able to do that. Any of you have any idea about making a request link?

Did you ever find a solution for this? I am at the same point with setting up SMS through
Ignite
