Configure paging port with ability to accept DTMF tones
« on: March 15, 2018, 09:30:25 AM »
Good morning. New member, first post.

I've read through countless threads and checked the help documents but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. If any regulars are better at searching than me, feel free to point me in the right direction.

I work in a hospital and like many others here, received very minimal training before being thrown to the sharks. We have an overhead paging system in place but they're looking to add a paging port in a new location. What I need is the software configuration as the hardware is already in place.

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

You need to use an analog trunk port to do DTMF tones for paging

Thanks for the info. Is there somewhere I might find a guide on this?
