MBG Tug Crash
« on: March 14, 2018, 02:03:27 PM »
I keep getting a critical alarm of coredump and tug crashed.

Does anyone know what is causing this alarm.  Can't seem to find much on Mitel Connect or Google.

If you have sufficient resources like RAM and CPU and nothing else appears to be the obvious problem, this is usually something you need to go to tech support about.

I'd also ask what release is running. I know there was one that had a tug crash issue

Hello All,
Can anyone tell me where those "Back Trace" files are found? We are having a similar issue with TUG Crashed.

Thanks,
-Iron

You can find the backtrace files at /root on the hard drive.

But do you do with them if you have them??  Am I suppose to delete them??

Thanks

The backtrace files are for the Mitel developers. Nothing should ever crash unless there is a hardware failure, or zero resources on the system.

Clearly, you need to call Mitel product support.

Mitel ticket open and techs reviewing Just wonded to post incase others start seeing this in the new version.

Per Mitel this Tug Crash is a known bug in 11.2 with no patch.

Last Troubleshooting Note:
Hi
This is a SIP related crash that has been fixed in 11.3.0.47.

It shouldn't happen often, and there is no patch for 11.2 at this time. Can the site upgrade?
