5320 and 5330 phones 10/100 or 10/100/1000?

Trying to find out if my phones are gigabit speed or not, and if not, if there is an adapter to make it so or if I just need to get different phones.

The 5320 and 5330 are 10/100, 5320e and 5330e are GB.

You can add a Gigabit base for 1G passthrough on the older phones.
