Pickup handset but call continues to ring

I have a Mitel 250 running 6.0 Sp3.
When person tries to answer call sometimes it continues to ring, the page button lights but the system does not page, the call disappears.
Its not occurring on every call but when it does it occurs with every phone that rings. They keysets are 5330.

Any help would be appreciated.

What does the display show while the phone is ringing and the page button lit?
