Afternoon All,

Can anyone shine some light on how I would produce and amended a reporting that shows the DND Code by agent..

I'm looking to produce a report that has a list of Agents down the left hand side .. DND Codes across the top of the report ... and the duration in the centre ..

I need this to track my agents DND code useage in one report for all agents but by code

What do you currently use for reporting?  Do you have Prariefyre/CCM/MiCC?  Within CCMWeb there is a standard agent report like 'agent by make busy reason code'
