two way audio
« on: February 23, 2018, 08:07:28 AM »
hi Folks ,

I have a weird and random behavior.
from time to time my agents has no voice (in both directions).

in the voice quality when I have the problem, the Far End IP Address is a 0.0.0.0 instead of the telco trunk sip address. also I receive 0 packet.

Any idea of how can i analyze the issue? I can't know when I'm going to have a communication without voice, and I'm not running a continuous tcpdump sip

Check your SIP Peer Profile, in the SDP Options for "Prevent the Use of IP Address 0.0.0.0 in SDP Messages" set it to Yes if not already.

Are you using an MBG? Sounds like it could be a firewall issue.

I'm no SIP expert so I'll let others give their thoughts.

First thing I would check is to make sure that SIP ALG is disabled on the firewall if it has it.
