«

i have 2 extensions that if i forward an email to these extensions using their name. it fails but if i use there extension it works fine. but i have tried this with other users and it seems to work fine sending to the other extensions by name and number. i checked the MiCollab and NuPoint settings and i am not finding the root cause for this one. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

in case anyone it watching this one, the solution ended up being a typo in the name
we put our names in <last>, <first> and these 2 did not have a space between the comma and the first name.
