No MOH or ringback after interflowing
« on: February 05, 2018, 12:57:07 PM »
Using an ACD path to play a RAD and then interflow to a multicall group. For some reason there is no ringback or MOH when the call interflows - the caller hears the RAD, and then silence until somebody picks up the multicall. Embedded MOH is configured and working - if I place the caller on hold I get the expected MoH. What else to check?

Check the MOH of the ACD Path, there is a setting in there as well.

The Audio Source is set to None on the ACD path because I want it to use the system default MoH ['None' is a very confusing name for this]. Yes, embedded is selected in System Access Points.
