Login Ext# in Use
« on: January 28, 2018, 07:01:00 PM »
Hi all,

I'm having some troubles logging into a couple of hot desk extension numbers.

I keep getting the "Login Ext# in Use" msg when trying to log into an extension number, tried running the busy reset ### command

Ran the busy extension ### which shows:

Hot Desk : 606 Currently not logged in
Traffic Circuits
IP Device 275 (Ext:606) at location 1 3 3 25 1 set Manbusy
IP Device 275 (Ext:) at location 1 3 3 25 2 set Manbusy

I also restarted the phone with no luck.

I decided to try the busy reset command on my extension number and now it's doing exactly the same thing.

Any ideas?

TIA
Isaac

What is your hot desk remote logout feature access code? Have you tried it?

Not quite sure what the code is... Is there a way to find it? We usually just log into another phone which will automatically logout from the other.

I had a couple like this - your device says it is manbusy. Try doing a RTS on it.

Feature access codes....Hot Desk Remote Logout...if there isn’t a code create one...my suggestion is start code with #or *
