Hi Everyone,
I’ve been trying to upgrade an attendant console from 3.2 to 3.5 and haven’t been able to migrate the settings.
If I try an export from 3.2 and import into 3.5 they’re not compatible.
If I install 3.5 over 3.2 it asks if I want to migrate the existing console to the new version but none of the existing settings migrate?
Any ideas before I give up and have the operator recreate her setup?
